SIP Phone freepbx

I am using a trixbox server. I can make outgoing calls from SIP SoftPhone to PSTN but from PSTN to SIP Softphone I can't connect. Is there something I missed in configuring trixbox or in the FreePBX? or the problem is in the PSTN side?

I got FreePBX and Asterisk installed. I want to connect the PBX server to an SIP provider so I can make calls through VOIP. How can I do that?

Configuring your Asterisk PBX system with a SIP is quite complicated. Check with decent Asterisk community forum sites.
